You should initially sweat by laying or sitting on the hot marble or by spilling hot water on your skin while sitting near to one of the sinks.
As you lie on the hot surface, your staff will offer you an energizing scrub and a foam wash. After that, you’ll proceed to one of the sinks, where the staff will wash you.
