Ancient City of Ephesus

Welcome to the significant harbor city of ancient world.

Ephesus, a historic city with a wide range of antique sites, will astonish you. The Temple of Artemis, one of antiquity’s seven wonders, is located in Ephesus. Many other significant sites, including as the Hadrian Temple, the Celsius Library, the Grand Theatre, the Roman Baths, the Agora, and the Latrina, are also located there. All of Ephesus’ key attractions will be described in detail by your guide.

St. John Basilica

Lastly, we’ll visit famous St. John Basilica.

St. John Basilica is a Byzantine Church of St John. Its spectacular ruins symbolize the location where St John -the Apostle was buried.

The remaining years of St John was spent in Ephesus, where he wrote his version of the Gospel. Years later, Emperor Justinian thought a tomb from the 300s belonged to John, so he constructed a massive church on top of it in the 500s.
