Get Prepared for Paragliding in Fethiye
Before enjoying this breathtaking event, you should prepare yourself by considering some facts.
- First of all, you may be fully ready to fly both as physically and mentally; yet, if the weather conditions of the reservation day are unsuitable, then you should know that the flight can be cancelled.
- If everything is fine, though, you should wear comfortable clothes and shoes before coming to the place.
To start your Fethiye Paragliding activity, we will pick you up from the hotel that you stay in Fethiye by our comfortable and fully-equipped vehicle, at the pre-arranged hour.
We will drive for approximately 45 minutes until the taking-off point, which locates at the hillsides of Babadag Mountain.
As an important note, this point is famous for its fitting conditions for paragliding in the entire Europe, by providing height over 1900 meter above the ground level and the perfect stream of the winds.
Before the Flight
In there, you will meet the professional crew at first; since the flight will be a tandem paragliding, you will be able to have a deep conversation with your professional and licensed pilot who will lead the equipment.
During the meeting session, he will give you information about the safety procedures, how to stay calm and things to do or not to do, to be able to clarify the whole Fethiye Paragliding session.
Then, he will help you to wear the equipment properly, and you will jump!
During Fethiye Paragliding

You will land on safely with the help of the pilot. Then, you will get rid of the equipment, say goodbye to him and leave the place. If you want to, though, you can redo it solo to reach the pure adrenaline.
When your exciting Fethiye Paragliding session ends, you will be picked up by our vehicle and taken to your hotel.

I am writing a review for the first time – I was so impressed 🙂 I ordered it on this site, because all the information about paragliding was available. In the morning they took me from the hotel and went to Mount Babadag. The paragliding instructor is a professional, everything was clearly explained and therefore, I think, everything went safely. The flight is performed in tandem with an instructor. The instructor explains everything in as much detail as possible, told about the principles of paragliding control. Although there is no particular extreme, it looks like a photo shoot at an altitude 🙂 Before the trip I read other reviews, they write that it is scary during takeoff and landing, but there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of. When taking off, you just need to take the first step and then the paraglider seems to take off by itself, and the landing is generally simple: you smoothly get up on the ground. The photo was taken by the instructor, but it seems like you can take your own equipment, you just need it to be securely fixed. In the evening we were taken back to the hotel. I recommend it definitely.
It was scary to decide to paragliding, but flying is not scary at all 🙂 Many thanks to my instructor who helped me collect my thoughts and take the first step. I will definitely recommend paragliding to my friends. I decided to paragliding for the first time in my life. A lot of impressions. The instructor is a true professional in his occupation. Many thanks to him for the gift of love for the sky. Paragliding takes place on Mount Babadag, to which a transfer took us. Up there, there were instructors who gave a similar briefing and when we were ready our flight to begin! I was also lucky with the weather, I read that it is not always possible to fly. When you land, the team staff will meet you downstairs and help you to avoid injuries and the like. Everything is very safe, in general. I got the best experience! Thanks recommend.
