Marmaris is located in the south-western part of Turkey, along the cost of Mediterranean Sea.

The exact location, however, is the junction point of the Mediterranean Sea and the Aegean Sea, and this gives unique beauty. Other than the location, Marmaris is the second most crowded district of Mugla with nearly 92k population, though this number can reach to millions during summer. In addition to its qualities that makes it very popular, Marmaris is easy to access since it is located in between two airports: Dalaman Airport (90 km) and Milas-Bodrum Airport (130 km). Thus, you can either of them to land and make your way to Marmaris. Still, we strongly suggest you to choose Dalaman since it would be quicker and cheaper for you to arrive from the airport unless you want to spend some time in Bodrum.
