All of the reservations made through our website or travel agents are subject to rules and regulations set forth by the Turkish Travel Agencies Union and the Consumer Protection Laws recently upgraded in order to meet the standards of European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.
Payments
When you book daily excursions online, you do not have to make a payment of any kind. However, if you would like to book 3 or more tours, we strongly suggest you to make a small deposit in order to secure your spot and the price especially during the high demand season (July, August and September). Your bookings will be confirmed by our travel agents. Upon your arrival to your hotel, one of our travel agents will meet you at your hotel and give you the tickets for your bookings and accept the payment as cash. Prices include VAT.
Please note that we do not have agreement with all the hotels in Marmaris. Therefore, our travel agents might not be able to get into your hotel, so you might need to meet the agent in front of your hotel to get your tickets. Your hotel might also be selling excursion tickets at a very high price. Our agents are at your service to make things easier and affordable for you.
Alterations on the booked tours
We try our best to make sure that all tour programs are arranged as described in our website. Due to some unavoidable events, Marmaris Travel Agency holds the right to alter some or all of the programs without any prior notice. You will be notified at least one day before your tour starts.
Refund on tour cancellations made by us
In the case of tour cancellations made by us due to bad weather conditions etc. , we will give you a full refund for your payment.
Refund on tour cancellations made by you
Our customers can cancel their reservations until 24 hours before the tour date with no charge and get a full refund. If the customers are not able to attend the booked tours due to medical conditions, the related tour cancellations are allowed and a full refund is due. In the case of other emergencies, you will get a half refund for the booked tours. Thank your for your understanding.
Booking Alterations requested by you
In case you want to alter your tour date or replace the tour with another available tour, you are kindly requested to inform us at least 1 day prior to the actual tour date. We will do our best to help you with an alternate tour. We don’t charge anything for this service.
Passport and Visa
If you have booked an excursion to Rhodes, Greece; please read the tour details carefully on our website.
Complaints
If there is any issue or a dispute over any particular tour, you are free to talk to the tour manager or contact us at any time. We are eager to resolve the issue at your best interest.
If any issue cannot be resolved amicably, then the issue escalates to the purview of laws of the governing country where the actual tours are conducted. By opting to book our services, it is understood that you will abide by the prevailing laws under the jurisdiction of the governing country.
